DELIVERY & RETURNS
We aim to ship your order within three working days of payment. Parcels are usually dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and if you order before 12pm on a posting day, we will try to dispatch your order the same day.
If you have chosen to pay by cheque, your order will be shipped within three working days after we receive your cheque. We will send you an email to confirm placement of your order as soon as it has been received by us, and we will send you a further update to notify you when your parcel has been dispatched. During peak periods, our dispatch times may take a little longer. When this is the case we will notify you within three working days of placement of your order.
We ensure that all our parcels are packaged safely and securely, we also try to use recycled and/or biodegradeable packaging where-ever possible.
UK and Republic of Ireland P&P rates
UK parcels travel via Royal Mail 1st class post, unless you request otherwise. Parcels to the Republic of Ireland travel via Airmail, but are charged at UK rates. P&P rates are as follows:

In most cases, the standard postal service is fast and cost-effective. If however, you are concerned for the safety of your parcel during transit, you may choose to have heavier deliveries sent via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service, which will require a signature on receipt. If you wish for your parcel to be sent via Recorded delivery, please contact us after you have placed your order and we will send you a Paypal invoice for the extra delivery fee.
International P&P rates
International parcels travel as Royal Mail Small Packets (Airmail), unless you request otherwise.
P&P rates for parcels to All Destinations in Europe are charged as follows:

Sorry, we don't ship parcels over 4kg in weight to worldwide destinations.

Cancellations and Returns
Your order may be cancelled within fourteen days of purchase, or within fourteen days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.
We appreciate that sometimes colours and other details of the items you've ordered might not be what you expected. Returns are accepted up to 28 days after you have received the goods, provided they are returned in as new condition. We will refund or exchange the items according to your preference and to availability of substitutes. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. You are advised to wrap returned goods securely and to use registered post, or a courier service, to return them to us. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods from us, they will be replaced or refunded on return of the goods in question. Postage costs incurred by you for returning damaged or faulty items will be refunded.
Resin Spindle Warranty
In addition to our standard cancellation and returns policy above, our resin spindles are also covered by a lifetime warranty. We want you to be able to enjoy your resin spindle for many years. We therefore consider the sale of a resin spindle to represent a 'licence' to own and use a single Wildcraft resin spindle for as long as we are able to make and repair them. Should your spindle break, or become unuseable in any way, we will repair it for you free of charge. If a repair is considered not to be possible, we will replace the spindle at our own discretion. This warrantee extends only to the original user or gift recipient, if the spindle has been sold to a third party, the warranty is no longer valid.
