We are continuing to use Royal Mail postal services for our normal deliveries, but please be aware that recent industrial action by postal workers may cause delivery delays to some orders. This is unfortunately beyond our control, although we will try to ensure that our routine parcel dispatches avoid strike days.

Should you require a guaranteed timely delivery, we are able to dispatch by courier at extra cost. If you would prefer your parcel to be sent this way, please request a courier delivery in the comments field of your order and we will supply a revised invoice for postage.
